ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Machine Operator, you will work to operate and monitor process equipment or machines to convert raw materials or semi-finished products into finished components or parts for a final product. Your goal is to ensure that production occurs on time and with the high quality required. You will perform your tasks according to agreed workflows and follow standard processes and safety guidelines.

The working hours are currently 2 shifts, but the client sees the possibility of moving to 5 shifts, which you must be comfortable with.

This position is a 100% consulting assignment. The position needs to be filled immediately, so selection will take place continuously. You will be employed by us at Adecco but will work at the client's location.

Personal qualities:

Technically skilled – You have a good understanding of machines and technology.
Patience – You are meticulous and have the ability to work methodically.
Independent work – You are used to taking responsibility and working independently.
Initiative – You see what needs to be done and act accordingly.
Forklift license – Experience in forklift operation is a plus.

It is advantageous if you have experience in lamination. The job involves contact with polyester glue and hardeners, so asthmatics cannot apply for the job.
