CNC Service Wood Industry:

We are now strengthening our workforce with new employees for work in our production unit in Kalmar!

The CNC department is the heart of our production department. You will work with CNC operation, edge banding, and sawing at our beam saw in our factory. The CNC part, which is the core of the position, includes daily operation of one of our four CNC machines, but also knowledge of both larger and smaller modifications of components and sometimes the construction of completely new furniture. Knowledge and understanding of how furniture is constructed is a requirement, and we are looking for someone with documented experience. The work requires good overall understanding, great commitment, accuracy, and pace, as it is important that orders from us are delivered on time and with high quality. The working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday during the day.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is efficient and meticulous with an interest in practical tasks. You are energetic and pleasant and have extensive experience in similar tasks from previous jobs. If you have a forklift license and experience, it is highly meritorious. Since the tasks require construction experience, order reading, and some contact with suppliers, fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement.

CNC Operator

The tasks include volume operation of CNC-machined components and, from case to case, also completely new construction of components and furniture. You are responsible for the manufacturing and preparation of the work. You have your own responsibility for the layout of the work order and distribution of jobs, in collaboration with other employees. You should be accustomed to CNC machining and furniture construction within the wood industry. A significant advantage is if you also have a solid interest in machinery and technology. Work with other tasks than CNC operation is also included in the duties, as our teamwork often requires everyone to help out at different stations.

Key parameters in the role of CNC operator are collaboration, communication, and understanding of the product flow. You will become an important part of the team with close cooperation with other departments in production. Reprioritization of the work order occurs, which requires a certain degree of flexibility. The working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday during the day.
