Description

On the short-term care unit, eight nursing assistants with varying levels of experience work together. We highly value a good work environment, and you will come to a pleasant workplace with high ceilings and great collegial support.

We have close cooperation with nurses and staff at Rehab.

As we meet individuals with varying needs, staff are regularly offered internal training.

The short-term care unit caters to individuals of different ages who require varying levels of support and assistance. Those who stay in the unit may be seriously ill, receiving end-of-life care, or in need of rehabilitation, mobilization, recovery, respite for relatives, or undergoing assessment.

The purpose of the operation is to ensure that those who come to the short-term care unit receive the help they need based on their individual circumstances and needs, as well as to provide good care. The short-term care unit has 8 care places.

Job Description

Together with the staff group that works according to a rehabilitative approach, we meet the full support and care needs of the residents in the unit. The interventions are tailored based on an individual implementation plan created together with the resident and a cross-professional care team. The unit has close cooperation with the municipality's rehab, and the work includes using pedagogical tools, managing aids, and motivating the resident to participate in their own rehabilitation to become as independent as possible. You will be part of a network with knowledgeable colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and are interested in healthcare as well as supporting and motivating the resident to become independent based on their own abilities. You meet the resident with dignity and respect and are knowledgeable or interested in developing your skills in medical care. Since we have documentation obligations, you must be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
