Occupational Therapist for Primary Care, Health Center Sälen, Särna and Älvdalen.

At the Health Centers in Sälen, Särna, and Älvdalen, you will find a good working climate with excellent collaboration both within and between different professions. These are three rural health centers with great professional breadth and high competence, offering opportunities for you to develop and grow in your professional role.

As an occupational therapist in primary care in Northern Western Dalarna, travel to work at another health center is included in the job, and parts of your position will be physically at another health center in the area. There is an opportunity to have your permanent base at one of these three health centers: Sälen, Särna, or Älvdalen.

The health center's occupational therapists are often the first point of contact where we provide advice, assess needs, evaluate, and implement rehabilitative treatment interventions for patients of all ages. The interventions are based on the current state of knowledge.

The operations are conducted both individually and in groups based on the patient's needs. The offerings at the different health centers vary slightly, but may include hand rehabilitation, osteoarthritis school, ReDO group, and memory assessments. Participation in multimodal teams is part of our work where we collaborate with other professions.

There is an opportunity to network with other occupational therapists in Northern Western Dalarna.

Introduction by an experienced colleague at a nearby health center is offered.

Start date by agreement.
