Job Responsibilities:

As a team leader, you are Avarn Security's problem solver. Your main tasks are to ensure delivery and quality by leading and distributing work as well as supporting the site manager and all other employees on site. You will assist in introducing new employees to the organization and ensure that necessary training is conducted. We hope you are flexible and confident in handling situations that may arise.

You should be a person who naturally leads your team forward and continuously develops the assignment together with other team leaders. Experience in our operations in Örebro is a plus.

We expect you to have:

Guard training Vu1 and Vu2
Drug-free
High school diploma
Good health and fitness
Organized finances
Driver's license B

Desirable:

Previous experience in a leadership position
