We are looking for someone with a strong interest in construction projects and some experience working with procurement according to AB04, ABT06, and ABFF15, who wants to be part of a team where collaboration, quality, and societal benefit are at the center.

Our team is led by a procurement manager and also consists of purchasers, operational buyers, contract controllers, municipal lawyers, and an administrator – together we create effective and sustainable procurement solutions. We work closely with the operations and support each other in various matters to achieve the best possible results.
Job Responsibilities
As a junior procurement officer, you will play a role in the municipality's work to procure construction and operational contracts. You will work together with clients within the community building or property office in all parts of the procurement process, from needs and market analysis to the preparation of procurement documents, review of documents, and evaluation of bids.
The position also includes:
- Project management in close collaboration with clients from the municipality's operations
- Quality assurance of technical descriptions and documents
- Advising and supporting decision-making according to delegation
- Contract follow-up and continuous dialogue with suppliers
We are looking for someone who has:
- Higher education/YH education in economics, law, technology, or another relevant background – or equivalent experience deemed relevant by the employer.
- A further education as a procurement officer
- Knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act (2016:1145))
- Knowledge of AB04, ABT06, ABK09, and ABFF15
- Experience in conducting procurements of construction or facilities
- Experience working with procurement documents, contracts, and bid evaluations.
- Experience in project management
- Ability to work in a structured, independent manner with great attention to detail
- Good communication skills and confidence in the advisory role
- Interest in developing and improving work methods in procurement.

About the position
The position is a permanent employment. A probationary period may apply. Start date by agreement.
