Your Role

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our exciting and challenging work to develop world-class vessels for the Swedish Navy. As a project administrator, you will be part of our customer projects where we develop, modify, or maintain submarines. The customer is often the Swedish Armed Forces but can also be foreign armed forces. In the projects, you will be the expert in information management and the tools we use for that, Windchill, Aveva, and a number of in-house developed systems.

Main tasks include:

• Managing documents, both from customers and suppliers, in our systems
• Helping and guiding employees on how to manage their information in our systems
• Managing, packaging, and delivering documents to customers and suppliers
• Coordinating complete deliveries and producing cover letters
• Quality checking information in our systems to ensure it is correct, reviewed, and ready
• Following up on order and tidiness in the information and ensuring project-specific procedures are followed
• Developing the processes, methods, and tools used for information management and deliveries

You will work in the Configuration Management section, which is part of the Project Management Office within Saab Kockums' business unit BU Submarine. The section is located in Lund with a total of five configuration leaders and three project administrators. The section is currently recruiting to meet future project needs.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is driven, service-oriented, and appreciates order and tidiness. You have probably worked with technical information in one way or another, perhaps with complex products in PDM/PLM systems.

You see the big picture and find it rewarding to identify and drive improvements. You are interested in doing things efficiently and take the initiative to develop our processes and methods. You thrive with freedom under responsibility and enjoy building open and trusting working relationships.

To thrive in this role, we believe you recognize yourself in some of the following:

• Driven and appreciates finding efficient ways to work
• Detail-oriented and has a sense of order and tidiness
• Experience working in PDM/PLM systems
• Experience working in project form
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Enjoys working with others towards common goals and understands what is required to create good collaboration at work

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. Positions where Saab has requirements for security classification may, in certain cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
