Finance Assistant 50% for Consulting Assignment in Landskrona
We are now looking for a structured and self-driven finance assistant for a 50% consulting assignment with a client in Landskrona, starting in early March. The assignment is long-term and is expected to last for about two years, with the possibility of extension.
The role is suitable for you who enjoys ongoing financial work and appreciates clear routines as well as close collaboration with both internal and external contacts. You will play an important role in the daily financial operations and contribute to ensuring correct handling and follow-up of financial flows.
About the Position
As a finance assistant, you will work in a business-oriented and structured environment where quality, accuracy, and timely delivery are central parts of the job. You will be responsible for recurring financial processes and ensure that bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting are carried out correctly and according to established routines.
The assignment is distributed throughout the month, with the majority of the work performed during the first and second weeks of each month. Some tasks, such as VAT and withdrawal tax reporting, are handled quarterly.
Your Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for:
- Reconciliation of balance accounts and ongoing bookkeeping
- Preparation of intercompany invoices
- Bookkeeping of intercompany transactions
- Reporting of AGI, VAT, and withdrawal tax
The tasks are mainly performed monthly, except for VAT and withdrawal tax which are reported quarterly.
By agreement, the following tasks may also be included:
- Quarterly reconciliation of fixed costs, such as heating, electricity, and water
- Quarterly reconciliation of maintenance agreement costs
- Archiving of documents for personnel files
- Contract administration
- Administration of invoice management systems

You are a structured and meticulous person with an analytical approach and an eye for detail. You take responsibility for your tasks, deliver high quality, and enjoy working independently based on clear goals and guidelines. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills, are communicative, and contribute to a professional and service-oriented approach in your interactions with colleagues and external parties. You are flexible and can adapt to the needs of the business.
Requirements
- Experience in ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration
- Good understanding of VAT, AGI, and withdrawal tax reporting
- Ability to work structured and independently according to established routines
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Ability to work on-site at the client's premises for most of the assignment period
Meritorious
- Experience from real estate companies or public/municipal operations
- Experience in group accounting or intercompany transactions
- Experience in contract work, archiving, or invoice management systems
- Familiarity with consulting assignments or project-based work
