We are now looking for a butcher for our facility in Alvik, outside Luleå. If you are not a trained butcher but are interested in learning, we are happy to welcome you for training. We work with slaughtering and butchering of pigs and cattle and are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a job where quality and precision are at the center. The role also involves handling raw materials.

This is a role for you who thrive in a practical profession where accuracy and craftsmanship are crucial.

Responsibilities

As a butcher with us, you will work with:

• Butchering beef and pork
• Trimming meat
• Quality control of raw materials
• Handling and organizing meat cuts
• Vacuum packaging, packaging, and labeling of meat
• Collaboration with other parts of production

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Is engaged and enjoys working at a pace where precision is important
• Can handle physical work

Meritorious

• Previous experience in butchering and meat handling
• Experience in food hygiene, HACCP, or similar routines
