Polarbröd is investing for the future and has made significant investments over the past year to maximize production capacity at the bakery in Älvsbyn.

We are developing technology, processes, and methods to allow more people to enjoy our delicious bread. We are now looking for process operators for summer temporary positions in Älvsbyn.

As a summer temp in the process operator role, you will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the various processes along the production line and performing ongoing maintenance. You will set and adjust machines, conveyor systems, and monitor the flow along the line. You are responsible for ensuring that the products produced are of good quality. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are self-driven, responsible, and work well with others. Continuous improvement is a guiding principle.

The position is full-time, and you will work shifts, including both night and day shifts on a rotating schedule.

To work as a process operator at Polarbröd, you must be at least 18 years old, and we prefer that you have a technical education at least at the high school level (preferably within the technology program, electrical & automation, industrial program, operations technician/process operator, or equivalent) or technical experience from another comparable industry. Technical education or equivalent experience is an advantage but not a requirement for the position.

Your engagement and ability to independently use digital tools in your work are prerequisites for us to deliver the best possible quality together.

It is an advantage if you are willing to work during both holiday periods, that is, weeks 26-33. If you have not worked with us before, we view positively if you can start the employment earlier than week 25. We have very limited ability to grant vacation temps time off during the holiday periods.

Conditions: Salary according to applicable collective agreement
