Aimpoint AB was a pioneer behind the very first red dot sight – a groundbreaking invention that has made the company a global leader in its field. All of Aimpoint's production takes place within Sweden's borders at their two production facilities in Malmö and Gällivare, with its headquarters in Malmö.

Aimpoint is growing, and we are now looking for more dedicated and skilled assemblers. The tasks consist of assembling sights where the work takes place at different stations and with various steps. The tasks require precision and great accuracy. It is work performed with high quality at an efficient pace. As part of the recruitment process, you as a candidate will get to do a trial assembly and undergo a thorough background check.

The positions are full-time, and you will initially be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Aimpoint. There are good opportunities to be taken on and directly employed by our client after the initial consulting assignment. We are looking for someone who sees the position as a long-term opportunity.

The working hours are scheduled in two shifts, alternating weeks Monday-Friday: 05:30-14:00 and Monday-Thursday: 14:00-23:30

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Can express yourself fluently in spoken and written Swedish

• Good fine motor skills and ability to collaborate

• Easy to follow work instructions, processes, and routines
• Organized and flexible
• High concentration ability and patience
