We are currently assisting Tryck i Norrbotten in finding their next talent. Tryck i Norrbotten is one of northern Sweden's most modern newspaper printing houses with a capacity to print 45,000 newspapers per hour. They print, among others, NSD, Kuriren, and the extra newspaper Luleå and Boden. We are now looking for a person to work in the printing house. The tasks in the printing house mainly involve preparing and replenishing paper rolls on the printing presses in the roll cellar, but may also include various other printing tasks, such as changing plates, cleaning machines, and loading goods.

This is a part-time employment where you will work extra. All shifts are scheduled for the evening, from 16:15 to 22:30. You will be employed by StudentConsulting and hired as a consultant to Tryck i Norrbotten. We are primarily looking for someone who can work one week and then be off for a week, i.e., work every other week.

To be considered for the position, you must be a student with at least 50% study load or have another main occupation of at least 50%. We prefer candidates who have ongoing studies until 2027.

For this position, we are looking for someone who is handy, has a good technical interest and knowledge. It is important that you have a good overall understanding of computers and machines. It is especially important that you are someone who always arrives on time for work, who can work proactively and preventively. Of course, it is a plus if you also have experience in similar work, i.e., have some knowledge of printing, printing processes, and various machines and printing materials. The work is relatively physical, so you should have normal to good physical condition and not be afraid to put in effort. Other desired qualities include attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to solve problems quickly.
