About the Job

We are collaborating with a friendly company and established slaughterhouse that takes quality, food safety, and craftsmanship very seriously – but also enjoys having fun at work.

We are now looking for experienced butchers and slaughterers who truly know their trade. You know how a perfect cut should look, how to maintain the pace, and how to handle the tools with both strength and finesse. And yes – you should be able to demonstrate your mastery of the craft (documented experience required).

But this job is not just about handling the knife – you will also be involved in helping the company sell their products!

If you have experience in charcuterie, retail, or food sales, that is a big plus. You enjoy customer contact, can talk meat with both professionals and food enthusiasts – and you are passionate about highlighting the quality of what you work with.

What You Will Do

• Cut, debone, and trim meat with precision and pride in your craft.
• Work with slaughtering, cutting, and handling according to procedures and customer requirements.
• Assist in sales and contribute to marketing and selling the company's products.
• Contribute to an efficient flow in production.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations meticulously.
• Be part of a team that works hard and laughs often.

Who Are You?

• You have documented experience as a butcher or slaughterer.
• You preferably have sales experience, especially from charcuterie, retail, or food.
• You can communicate well in Swedish and English.
• You are meticulous, responsible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You enjoy teamwork but also take individual responsibility.
• You have a sense of quality – and know when a piece of meat is perfect.
