c/o Gerd manufactures natural and organic beauty products in our own factory in Jokkmokk – right in the heart of Swedish nature. We stand for quality, authenticity, and a great deal of innovation. Our products are delivered to hotels, spa hotels, salons, and stores in Sweden – and are also exported to several countries. We are unionized under the Warehouse and E-commerce Agreement, which means fair conditions and clarity for you as an employee.

We are now looking for someone to work in our production – a varied and physical job in a wonderful team!

Who are you?

You are meticulous, unpretentious, and enjoy working together with others. You thrive in a dynamic work environment, like solving problems, and understand the importance of teamwork. You also have good technical skills – you will be working with machines and need to be able to set them up and operate them for different production runs. Previous experience in production or as a machine operator is a plus – but the right attitude is most important.

What does the job entail?

You will be part of a team that manages the entire manufacturing process. This may include:

• Preparing for production
• Setting up and operating production machines
• Washing, cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness
• Labeling, wrapping, and packing
• Being flexible and pitching in where needed

The work is varied and physical, so you need to have good basic fitness and appreciate moving around during the workday.
