As a CNC operator at Nordtool, you will have the opportunity to develop and take responsibility in your role, in an environment where you are seen and appreciated. Within the IVAB group, there is a culture of flexibility and short decision-making paths, allowing room for personal initiatives and significant responsibility. Here, you work closely with each other, supporting and learning from experienced and knowledgeable colleagues.
Your Responsibilities
As a CNC operator here, you will operate computer-controlled machines that manufacture metal parts through processes such as turning, drilling, or milling. Your main task will be to set up CNC machines and program them based on drawings using CAD/CAM systems.
Good knowledge of reading technical drawings, measurement techniques, cutting processes, and previous experience in the CNC profession, such as programming, turning, milling, and grinding, is advantageous.
The position involves day shifts or two-shift work.
Your Profile
We prefer that you have relevant education as a CNC operator or have previously worked with similar tasks. You should also have a strong technical interest and look forward to new challenges! We are looking for someone who wants to work with machines in production, enjoys practical work, and can easily follow instructions. You are flexible and capable of working independently, eager to develop in your role, and work in a careful and safe manner. We place great importance on personality and prefer that you are driven, social, and attentive.
