Crusher Operator
for Aitik

Your Role
As a crusher operator in Aitik, you will work with the control and monitoring of crushing plants and conveyor systems, which takes place in our control room. You will spend parts of your days in the field, performing cleaning and rounds of our crushers and conveyor belts. The work involves physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, working with a crowbar, and washing. Underground work is also involved.
Your Team
You will be part of a shift team of four Crusher Operators where there is close collaboration with maintenance, other departments, and external actors. The position is in Aitik, and the working hours are scheduled for what is called K3 shifts, which means morning, afternoon, and night.

To be qualified for the role, you have...
• High school education
• Communication skills in Swedish and English
• Driving license B, for manual passenger cars.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked in the industry. Operator skills in ABB 800xa and AHS are also advantageous, as well as good computer skills. If you have experience from crushing processes, it is a plus.
