About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Responsibilities
In the role of support technician/first line support, your main task will be to handle incoming IT issues via phone, email, chat & portal. You will thus have daily customer contact and will perform troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance in various systems and environments, primarily Windows. Furthermore, you will be part of a wonderful and cohesive team and will receive thorough introduction and training opportunities.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
Completed education (at least at the high school level), preferably in IT, data, or technology
Good knowledge of Windows. MacOS is a plus.
Previous experience in first line support/service desk or customer service is a plus
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure/Cloud, and Exchange/O365 is a plus
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
To succeed in this role, you have a strong interest in data/IT and look forward to developing in this area. We believe you have a good sense of service and are communicative in both speech and writing. You describe yourself as a positive team player as you are unpretentious, helpful, and thrive in social contexts. Solving problems is close to your heart.
