About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Responsibilities

In the role of support technician/first line support, your main task will be to handle incoming IT issues via phone, email, chat & portal. You will thus have daily customer contact and will perform troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance in various systems and environments, primarily Windows. Furthermore, you will be part of a wonderful and cohesive team and will receive thorough introduction and training opportunities.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Completed education (at least at the high school level), preferably in IT, data, or technology

  • Good knowledge of Windows. MacOS is a plus.

  • Previous experience in first line support/service desk or customer service is a plus

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure/Cloud, and Exchange/O365 is a plus

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

To succeed in this role, you have a strong interest in data/IT and look forward to developing in this area. We believe you have a good sense of service and are communicative in both speech and writing. You describe yourself as a positive team player as you are unpretentious, helpful, and thrive in social contexts. Solving problems is close to your heart.
