As a Receptionist at First Camp, you will play a central role in creating the warm atmosphere and smooth service that our guests remember and appreciate. You are often their first contact with us – and a key person who makes their stay both welcoming and enjoyable.

As a Receptionist, you are our face to the outside world and play an important role in ensuring that guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. You handle check-ins and check-outs, provide information and service to guests, assist with bookings, and drive sales in our store.

Although your primary tasks are in the reception and store, we appreciate flexibility and the ability to support other areas when needed. Here, we always work based on the guests' needs and find common solutions to the challenges that may arise.

We believe you have previous experience in customer service, preferably in a reception or similar role. A relevant education is an advantage but not a requirement.

You are structured, have an eye for detail, and greet every guest with warmth, even during busy periods. With a positive and helpful attitude, you are someone who always gives of yourself and looks out for the team's best interests. We appreciate humor and a light-hearted attitude that contributes to a pleasant work environment.

To meet our guests in the best way, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, which is important for ensuring clear and smooth communication with both Swedish and international guests.

We are looking for employees for the summer season with varying hours (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
