THE ROLE

As a head waiter, you will lead the daily operations of our restaurant. With a focus on first-class hospitality, staff management, and purchasing. You will operate both operationally and strategically, in an environment characterized by history, care, and quality.We are convinced that you are

You will play a significant role in purchasing our beverage selection, which we continuously develop together with our wine experts. This is to always stay at the forefront of food, drink, and guest experience. Today, we have one of Sweden's largest and best wine lists, are members of Star Winelist, and have an incredible number of guests visiting us for our wine tastings 🍷
