Within the social care administration, about 1200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. The work takes place within elderly care, home care, disability services, social psychiatry, and individual and family care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a licensed nurse for an evening shift. The position is a permanent employment with a workload of 50-100%, based on agreement. The work is scheduled for evenings and covers the entire municipality, both within regular housing and special housing. The position involves working two weekends during a five-week period.

As an evening nurse, you are responsible for providing medical care and support to patients. The tasks include both planned and unplanned medical assessments, treatments, and follow-up of care interventions, including end-of-life care.

You document care and treatment according to current routines and serve as a support for patients, relatives, and care staff. The work requires both independence and good collaboration skills, as you will have close contact with colleagues and other professionals within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with experience in the profession. You are confident in your role, have a good ability to make well-founded decisions, and can adapt to the situations that arise, always with the patient's best interest in focus. Experience in home care is an advantage.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and communicative, with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality care.

A driver's license (B) is required for the position, and you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
