Responsibilities
Your work with us involves providing care, service, and health and medical care interventions for individuals in their homes, in our special accommodations, or within our LSS operations. You work closely with those we support and contribute to their safety and well-being, both in everyday life and through individualized interventions.
- Assist with personal care, social activities, laundry, and cleaning.
- Perform delegated tasks from licensed personnel, such as rehabilitation training or medication handover.
- Contribute to a meaningful everyday life through individualized support and activities that promote quality of life and participation.
- Document interventions according to applicable guidelines.
- For those working in home care, this means moving between care recipients on foot, by bike, or by car.
- In LSS operations, you contribute to strengthening the individual's independence and participation in society.
You will have close contact with care recipients, which requires you to be attentive, responsible, and have a good view of humanity.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?
We are looking for you who:
- Have a high school education in care and nursing, are studying in health professions, or have experience in care.
- Are responsible, flexible, and have a positive view of humanity.
- Find it easy to collaborate but can also work independently.
- Have a genuine commitment to making a difference in other people's lives.
For work in home care, a B driver's license and the ability to cycle are required. You must also be able to speak and write Swedish fluently and be at least 18 years old. We will request an extract from the police criminal record in case of potential employment.
Conditions
We offer fixed-term employment and prioritize those who can work throughout the holiday period. There is also the possibility of hourly employment.
