Are you a self-driven care assistant looking for a deepening assignment as a team leader and want to help develop the Emergency Alarm system in Kungälv? Then we have the position for you!

At the Emergency Alarm, we support users who need assistance in regular housing, covering the entire municipality as our work area.

You will be scheduled to respond to alarms in our operations as well as to lead the team. Our goal is to create modern and value-creating workplaces to meet the challenges we face. The operation should provide support for a meaningful life where users can live under safe conditions, based on respect for self-determination and integrity.

Responsibilities

As a care assistant in the Emergency Alarm, you will respond to urgent alarms and address various situations that may arise in the user's home. You will meet many new people and must be prepared for unforeseen events. In your role, you will also have a deepening assignment as a Team Leader for handling emergency cases. The schedule you will receive includes work every other weekend and approximately 8-9 evenings per schedule period. We are looking for someone who wants to develop in their professional role and has experience with welfare technology. Your tasks will also include alarm installations and documentation according to applicable legislation.

Your workplace will largely be the user's home, which means you must consider each person's integrity. You will work both independently and in a team and have access to a car to quickly travel between different parts of the area.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant and has experience in the profession.
  • Experience from home care or emergency alarms.
  • Technical skills.
  • Required experience in welfare technology.
  • Experience as a team leader is an advantage.
  • You must have a B driver's license and good driving experience.
  • You should be interested in working with development and change, have good collaboration skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing and good computer skills are required.
  • It is important that you have a positive view of people, a strong commitment, a sense of responsibility, and focus on the individual needs of users.
