As a nurse within support functions, you primarily work with patients with somatic and mental health needs in their residences with special support.

Qualifications

For this assignment, we are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you have further education as a district nurse, psychiatric nurse, or other specialist training that the employer deems equivalent, it is meritorious. Previous experience working in municipal primary care, preferably within support functions or equivalent, is also meritorious.

Since the work is performed in patients' homes, a B driver's license is a requirement for the position.

As a nurse, you are confident, both as a person and in your profession. You take responsibility for your tasks and are keen to complete each task with high quality. You act calmly and composed and have a good ability to structure your work, while also being able to easily reprioritize when needed. You have good communication skills and create and maintain good relationships with patients, relatives, and colleagues. Since you will meet many different types of people, it is important that you find it easy to collaborate and always put the patient first.

The Nursing Unit within Partille has operations in regular housing, special housing, short-term housing, and disabilities. We are staffed with nurses around the clock every day of the year and make home visits to residents who have a significant and lasting need for medical interventions.
