You will play a central role in the introduction of new employees and strengthen the status of nursing assistants by guiding and being a driving force in methodological work. You will also support the unit manager and guide short-term guests and their relatives in complex matters. You will work in a team on a schedule both during the day, evening, and every other weekend in direct care work. We are located at Landerigatan 17 and provide municipal care and support to individuals with various needs for a shorter period. Short-term guests come to us directly from the hospital or from their homes. We provide good and safe care and support based on government decisions, according to individual needs. The working method is rehabilitative and person-centered, focusing on the individual's participation and influence. The goal is to support the short-term guest in rehabilitation and provide special care and support so that the short-term guest can return home or prepare for moving into a care and nursing home.

About You

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or can demonstrate that you were employed as a nursing assistant when the new regulations were introduced. Also, a vocational college education of at least 200 credits in rehabilitation, psychiatry, dementia, or multi-ill elderly.
• You should have work experience in care and support.
• Furthermore, the role requires computer skills for documentation and incident management in various IT systems, as well as good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• It is meritorious if you have worked in short-term care.
• It is meritorious with work experience in guiding groups and/or individuals.
