The Digitalization Unit is a central unit of four people. We work with digitalization towards established goals together with the operations to achieve citizen and operational benefits.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged and knowledgeable specialist in Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform who wants to make a difference. You will work closely with our operations to understand their needs and develop solutions. Initially, you will be responsible for ensuring data to build and automate workflows, data integrations, and reports, together with the organization. The assignment will vary over time.

Goals for the work are set in consultation with the digitalization manager and other operational managers, and you will organize your work accordingly. You will have regular dialogue with relevant managers and report to the Digitalization Manager. As a person, you are analytical, responsible, and flexible, and you appreciate challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with Microsoft 365 services and the Power Platform.
• Good understanding of municipal operations and our processes and the ability to translate these into solutions in Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to explain complex matters in an easily understandable way and be considerate of good interaction.
• Education or certifications in Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, such as Microsoft Power Platform Fundamental Consultant PL-200 exam, Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect PL-600 exam, or other training that we deem relevant for the position is a requirement.

OTHER

The position will be filled subject to the necessary political decisions being made and that it does not need to be allocated for internal use.
