About the position

As a maintenance planner, you are a key person in our maintenance team. You are responsible for planning maintenance efforts to minimize downtime and optimize the facility's availability. You work closely with technicians, production, and suppliers to ensure that the right resources, materials, and documentation are in place.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning, preparing, and distributing work related to preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize production disruptions and meet SAR and STF requirements.
• Ensuring access to spare parts, materials, and suppliers for both planned and unplanned maintenance.
• Creating, updating, and following up on work orders in the maintenance system, as well as registering new equipment in SAP with the correct connection of maintenance plans and scheduling.
• Collaborating with production and technicians to optimize maintenance plans and act as a maintenance representative in weekly planning.
• Being responsible for facility documentation, including inspection protocols, calibration records, and inspection documentation.
• Driving improvement proposals for increased operational reliability and more efficient maintenance processes.
• Training and supporting colleagues in SAP, including onboarding and developing clear instructions.

Requirements for the position

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in maintenance and maintenance planning
• Experience working in maintenance systems.
• Good planning skills and administrative abilities.
• A driver's license and access to a car.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Practical experience with SAP

As a person, you are communicative and collaborative, with the ability to build good relationships and drive work forward. You take initiative, work proactively, and find solutions even in complex situations.
