About the Workplace

In the home healthcare area Nord 1-4, a wonderful team works with the patient in focus. We who work here are administrators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, nursing assistants, and unit managers.

Your time will be divided between two different offices. Nord 1 is located along Landborgen in the beautiful Villa Hevea in Tågaborg, and Nord 4 is near the beach in the newly renovated Hamilton House at Drottninggatan 136.

Job Responsibilities

As an administrator for healthcare personnel, you are accustomed to tasks related to finance, purchasing, and scheduling. You work on several parallel tasks simultaneously and will utilize your ability to create structure and deliver on time.

You are responsible for scheduling, staffing, and other administrative tasks that may arise in daily work. You support the unit managers and present various materials, statistics, and gathered information to facilitate follow-up and decision-making, as well as provide support for staff by being technical support in daily work.

You will have daily contact with colleagues, HR administrators, and other support functions in the administration, and you will be part of a network of administrators where you collectively develop common working methods.

Qualifications

You who apply should have an administrative education, and to succeed in the role, you need work experience in administration and scheduling.

You have good knowledge of working with various digital tools and systems and have the ability to guide and offer support to our users. Your analytical ability translates data and presents materials in a pedagogical manner. You have a good level of proficiency in the Swedish language, both orally and in writing.

You need to have a B driver's license and be able to cycle.

It is an advantage if you have experience working as a healthcare administrator and are familiar with our support systems, such as Business System UBW, Medvind, Winlas, or Personec P.
