Attendo Vintervägen is a residential care home in Växjö that started 7 years ago. It has 54 apartments catering to both dementia and somatic care, operating under the concept of Culture and Leisure.
Job Description
As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work in care together with your team. In the role of group manager, you will have a present leadership style and support your team. You will have personnel and planning responsibilities and will work alongside 2-3 other group managers with the support of the operations manager. You will be part of the management team and report to the operations manager. Working hours will be during the day and every 3rd weekend.

Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement
Does this description fit you? Apply today! We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent work experience, preferably with several years of experience in elderly care. Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning is an advantage. You should have the ability to lead others and possess leadership qualities. You should appreciate clarity and create involvement. You have the ability to create engagement and are good at motivating your colleagues.
You should be independent but enjoy developing and finding new solutions together with colleagues. You are open to giving and receiving feedback.
You thrive on providing good service, building strong relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our clients. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual’s needs.
