About the role in bar & service at Pool Club & Kellys – Falkenberg Strandbad

In this position, you will have the chance to take on one of our most varied roles! You will work both as a bartender and server, meeting guests at the bar, by sunbeds, on the terrace, and in our Kellys Room. You deliver premium service with a smile, keep up with drink trends, and serve our signature cocktails with pride – while ensuring that food and drinks are delivered smoothly to guests in a lovely summer atmosphere. Responsibilities and key tasks for bartender and service

• Mix and serve drinks, cocktails, and other beverages according to Falkenberg Strandbad's high standards.

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism – both at the bar and through table service.

• Take orders and deliver food & drinks to sunbeds, pool areas, and events in Kellys Room.

• Keep the bar and service areas clean, organized, and inviting.

• Share drink recommendations and actively contribute to developing our range.

• Follow procedures and policies for safety, hygiene, and sustainability (important for both guests and colleagues).

• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the kitchen and service to maximize the guest experience.

Personal qualities & competencies for bartender and service

• Previous experience in bar or service – but your passion and attitude weigh the most.

• Distinct sense of service and a natural warmth in meeting every guest.

• Flexible and solution-oriented – you enjoy when it’s fast-paced.

• Structured and meticulous even when there’s a lot to do.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and/or English in speech.
