In the coming years, Ästad Vingård has an expansive plan ahead. Sinnenas Spa continues to develop, and we are now looking for an operational manager where you will have the chance to play a key role at one of Sweden's largest vineyards and destination hotels.

About the position

As the manager of Sinnenas Spa, you will primarily be responsible for the operations and guest experience in our spa environments. To meet our high goals for guest satisfaction and experience, you need to ensure that all team members have the right knowledge, tools, and commitment to create experiences that exceed guest expectations.

About you

You have a great interest in spa, food, and beverages. You have refined your service talent over the years and are now very experienced. You are used to taking responsibility and can make decisions independently – but you will also be supported by an engaged organization and hotel manager. Spa and taste experiences are two of our core activities, and your immediate supervisors are available to support you.

About Sinnenas Spa

Sinnenas Spa is inspired by the nature surrounding the vineyard. Here you will find eight different sauna environments, warm pools, cold dips, a gym, and much more to discover. Sinnenas Spa and our spa garden will soon be connected to our newly renovated wine house with relaxation areas, a wine bar, and a warm pool.

FACTS

Employment type: Permanent (6 months probation from start).

Employment rate: 100% (Daytime and evening shifts. Work every other weekend).

Salary: By agreement

Start: Immediately

A driver's license and access to a car are almost a requirement for the position as there is no public transport to Ästad.
