Avonova Health is looking for a nurse/company nurse in Mjölby/Motala.

Description

As a company nurse/nurse at Avonova, you will be a support to both company management, managers, contacts, and employees based on your profession.

You will act as a support and advisor in health and work environment issues to managers and employees in our client companies, responsible for planning and implementing measures for our clients.

You will be part of a team of professional consultants with medical, technical, psychosocial, organizational, and administrative expertise, and you should also enjoy working independently. You will partially work in-house for a client in Mjölby, but also at our Health Center in Motala.

Your tasks will include:

• Health examinations - Statutory and general
• Vaccinations
• Company reception
• Rehabilitation work and training measures
• Client responsibility for certain client companies

Qualifications

We are looking for a trained nurse or company nurse, preferably with experience in occupational health. Experience in rehabilitation coordination is an advantage. You have a businesslike and consultative approach with a focus on customer value and customer satisfaction in a sales-oriented organization. Furthermore, you have a health-promoting perspective and a genuine interest in people, their health, and work environment. If you want to work and develop with us, you should enjoy working consultatively and have an easy time building relationships. You are secure, stable, and self-driven, and you enjoy collaborating in a team with other professionals such as other nurses, doctors, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral scientists, occupational safety engineers, and administrators. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

We prefer that you are comfortable working in a private business and have a businesslike approach in your professional role. You are structured and have good IT skills. Experience with the Office suite is a prerequisite for working with us. A driver's license and access to a personal car are necessary as travel is required in the position.
