The Social Administration is responsible for initiatives, support, and services to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Services Act, and must implement initiatives regulated by these laws. All operations are characterized by the individual at the center to meet the individual's needs. The mission involves a strong customer focus and service spirit.

The home healthcare in Motala Municipality consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation assistants. We work in teams together with elderly care, LSS operations, and daily activities for the benefit of our citizens.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for hourly-employed nurses for municipal health and medical care with assignments in the emergency service, which means working during the day, evenings, and weekends. Are you a licensed nurse looking for a job where you can choose your working hours? Then you are the one we are looking for.

The emergency service is based in premises at Södra Allén in Motala. Work during emergency hours includes both planned cases and unplanned assessments as well as interventions from healthcare partners. As a nurse in the emergency service, you will meet patients both in ordinary housing and special housing.

As a substitute with us, you work as needed, and during the summer period, there are opportunities to work on a schedule. We are looking for someone who can start working now, who is interested in working this summer, or both. As an hourly substitute, you may be offered shifts at short notice and with longer notice, depending on the needs of the operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken, as the work involves a lot of patient and relative contact as well as record-keeping and other documentation.

A B driver's license for a manual car is a requirement.

You are stable and secure in yourself, handle stress constructively, and maintain a good mood under pressure and adversity. You quickly find solutions to emerging problems and easily adapt, develop, and learn new things according to changing demands, conditions, or circumstances.
