The Medical Clinic and LAH is an internal medicine specialist clinic with two wards, several specialist outpatient clinics, and a dialysis unit.

Here, respiratory diseases, diabetes, endocrine diseases, kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, stroke, and blood diseases are investigated and treated. We also provide specialist palliative care and advanced home care around the clock for patients with tumor diseases and other chronic medical conditions that require extensive medical interventions. Involving patients, respecting individual privacy, and ensuring high patient safety are important components of our operations.

Our Offer

We are looking for a licensed nurse for a position as a treatment nurse at three of our outpatient clinics in the summer of 2026.

The medical outpatient clinics consist of nine clinics where we investigate and treat respiratory diseases, diabetes, endocrine diseases, kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, stroke, and blood diseases. We are looking for someone interested in working closely with patients for sampling and treatments at some of our clinics during the summer of 2026. After that, there is an opportunity for permanent employment within the clinic's inpatient departments.

We are seeking treatment nurses to work at the gastrointestinal clinic, hematology clinic, and endocrine clinic. The hematology clinic receives patients with cancers of the blood-forming system such as myeloma, lymphoma, chronic leukemias, and various types of anemia. Patients have treatment intervals ranging from short to several years.

The endocrine clinic is a specialist clinic that investigates and treats individuals with under- or over-function of the endocrine organs. We meet patients with diseases of, for example, the thyroid, pituitary gland, and adrenal gland.

The gastrointestinal clinic primarily works with patients who have inflammatory bowel diseases and/or liver diseases. These diseases are often chronic, which means we have excellent conditions for providing person-centered care.

At our clinics, we are responsible for the healthcare of adult patients.

Job Description

As a treatment nurse, you will work closely with patients, conducting sampling, blood transfusions, and administering medications via infusions and injections. All work is done in close proximity to experienced colleagues who, in addition to the tasks you perform, are also responsible for the rest of the outpatient work.

Work Group

With us, nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, dietitians, physiotherapists, healthcare administrators, and social workers work together. We collaborate closely and have a good team spirit.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form are required.

As a person, you are self-sufficient and structured. Furthermore, you are secure, stable, and have self-awareness. You have good collaborative skills and are attentive and flexible in your approach to meeting other people. You contribute to a good work climate and have a positive and professional attitude. Personal suitability is highly valued.
