We are looking for a construction engineer in Helsingborg. We are now seeking someone who, with your expertise and commitment, wants to join us on the journey and drive our projects forward.

About the position

As a construction engineer, you will be one of our key persons in projects and work closely with the project manager and site manager. Your main task is to support project administration, which includes production planning, contract administration, construction law, and managing financial regulations, as well as being involved in cost calculations and purchasing. You will also prepare and participate in construction meetings, liaise with client representatives, and manage forecasts.

The position offers many social contacts, challenges, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Technical university degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction operations with a focus on project administration.
• Good understanding of tendering, contracts, and financial flows.
• Knowledge in calculations and tenders (preferably MAP), project economics, and production planning.
• Experience in construction and purchasing law (AB, ABT, ABM, ABK) as well as contract administration, handling of changes, and AMA.
• Meritorious if you have worked with planning tools (e.g., PlanCon).
• Driver's license B and access to your own car.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working administratively, has good structure, and keeps order in your work. You are also communicative, engaged, analytical, solution-oriented, and meticulous.

Start: By agreement

Scope: Permanent, with a six-month probationary period.

Location: Northwestern Skåne with a base in Helsingborg.
