As a Maintenance Leader at Nobia, you will be part of establishing a state-of-the-art maintenance function in a highly automated and innovative production environment. You will join the maintenance team consisting of maintenance leaders, technicians, and a maintenance manager who work together to modernize, streamline, and optimize all aspects of the maintenance processes. About the role

In the role of Maintenance Leader, you will lead a team of approximately 15 technicians and be responsible for planning, organizing, and developing maintenance with a focus on electrical and automation in our new factory. Your mission is to ensure the highest possible operational reliability, availability, and production capacity by planning and executing maintenance activities according to established routines and schedules. As our new factory in Jönköping is under construction, you have a great opportunity to influence future working methods and contribute to improvements that make a difference.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize maintenance work, including preparation and development of instructions.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team.

  • Ensure that the maintenance operations meet requirements in quality, health, safety, and environment.

  • Follow up and quality assure completed maintenance efforts.

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce production downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

  • Participate in responsibility groups and continuous improvement efforts.

The position is located at Nobia Park in Jönköping and you will report to the maintenance manager.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with relevant education or several years of work experience in a similar field. You do not need to have had formal personnel responsibility before; experience as a team leader, group management, or project manager is equally valuable. The most important thing for us is that you enjoy the role of a leader. You are confident and engaged, a good role model who motivates others by being present, clear, and inspiring.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • A background in automation, maintenance electronics, or similar.

  • Knowledge of resource and maintenance planning as well as preparation of preventive maintenance.

  • Good administrative skills and system familiarity.

  • Experience working in operation-related IT environments.

  • The ability to analyze, solve problems, and make decisions.

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
