As a campus host at JU's Campus in Gränna, you will be a key person in creating a safe, pleasant, and well-functioning environment for our employees, international students, and guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that our shared spaces are used efficiently, that the facilities are in good condition, and that communication flows smoothly within the campus.

Your role typically includes common tasks related to conferences, education, and student housing, which involves:

• planning and coordinating the use of the school's shared spaces
• ordering materials, managing and following up on service agreements, and possibly other maintenance
• ensuring that facilities, furniture, and equipment are in good condition
• contributing to a safe campus environment and thereby supporting our students
• being a link between employees and students
• communicating with our customers and guests, as well as planning and conducting conferences and meetings
• participating in organizing student activities on campus.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have good organizational skills and are structured in your work. You are a service-oriented person with good collaboration skills. We also see that you are practically inclined and a solution-oriented person. It is advantageous if you have experience from similar work. To succeed in the role, you need to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English in speech and writing.

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting by agreement, with a probationary period applicable. Working conditions: regulated working hours with flexible time.
