Do you want a key role in a modern and high-tech production where quality, safety, and collaboration are in focus? BUBS, part of Orkla Snacks Sweden, is now looking for an engaged maintenance technician who wants to contribute to our production lines functioning optimally. This is a direct recruitment, which means employment directly with Orkla Snacks Sweden.

Your Role

As a maintenance technician, you are an important part of our maintenance team and a support function for the operators. You work with a focus on operational reliability, continuous improvements, and long equipment lifespan. The role involves preventing and solving technical problems before they affect production and contributing your expertise to improvement work and machine investments.

Your Responsibilities

As a maintenance technician, your tasks include:

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment
• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance measures
• Participate in installations and investments in machinery
• Work with safety prevention measures
• Train operators in settings and troubleshooting
• Document actions and deviations in the maintenance system (Maintmaster)
• Contribute technical expertise in improvement projects

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within manufacturing. You are a person who enjoys solving problems, has a genuine technical interest, and works systematically even in a fast-paced environment. If you have education in electrical, mechanical, or automation, that is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a willingness to develop in the field.

Requirements:

• High school education, preferably in automation or equivalent
• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within manufacturing
• Good technical understanding and IT skills (Office and maintenance systems)
• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Education in electrical, mechanical, or automation
• Forklift license, overhead crane license, lift license
• Certificates for Hot Work, Electrical Safety, Fall Protection
• Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., Maintmaster)

More about the Position

• Permanent employment with a six-month probation period
• The position involves 3-shift work. Currently, a constant weekend shift is applied, which may change. On-call duty on weekends is also included.
• A background check will be conducted before possible employment
