Your responsibilities Toyota Material Handling is now looking for reinforcement for its service function in Jönköping. As a service technician specializing in automatic forklifts, you will have a varied everyday life where each day presents new challenges. You will be responsible for service assignments at one of our customers and ensure that their forklift fleets operate optimally. Together with colleagues in a collaborative team, you will work both operationally and independently, with freedom under responsibility to ensure high quality and punctuality in all assignments.

Your responsibilities include, among other things: • Service and repairs – Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of automatic forklifts and ensure long-term operation. Work on manual forklifts also occurs. • Troubleshooting and problem-solving – Identify technical problems and quickly address downtime for customers. • Documentation and reporting – Register service assignments, document actions, and follow up on technical issues. • Customer contact and collaboration – Provide professional service and build strong customer relationships while sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues to ensure the best possible service.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has technical competence and interest. You see technical problems as an exciting challenge and are interested in new technology and digital systems.

• Can combine lighter physical work with administrative tasks.

• Has good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written.

• Has a B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Higher vocational education for service technicians or equivalent.

• Experience or previous familiarity with repairs on forklifts or robots.

• Knowledge of hydraulics, vehicle electrical systems, mechanics, and combustion engines.

• Experience in automation.
