What a day looks like As a seasonal Property Caretaker, you will be part of our regular property caretaker team that works with property maintenance. Together with colleagues and independently, you will perform tasks such as:

- Weeding - Lawn mowing - Waste management - Rounds/supervision of properties - Cleaning of basements and garages

You as a person As a property caretaker, you work closely with the customer and are our face to the outside world. We therefore place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a good and pleasant living environment. You are service-oriented, have a positive attitude, and take responsibility for your work. You enjoy working both alone and in a group. We take pride in delivering high-quality service to our customers and therefore value your commitment to the job.

If you have experience in similar work and are familiar with machinery, it is an advantage. A B driver's license (manual) is a requirement.

We offer a seasonal employment at 100% between April and September, located in Jönköping, and we are looking for someone who can work the entire period.
