Job Responsibilities
As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for a number of properties with a focus on external maintenance. You will conduct rounds and have close contact with customers. You will come up with proposals for improvement measures and work on fault correction. If necessary, other tasks will also be included in the position.
Your tasks will include:
- Daily rounds
- Green area and property maintenance of various kinds, such as lawn mowing, weed removal, maintenance of hedges, bushes, and trees
- Reporting in internal systems
- Customer contact
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- High school education
- Education or experience in property maintenance or similar industries
- Good system proficiency
- Good knowledge of Office.
- Driver's license B
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
