The Role of Custodian

As a custodian with us, you will work in a wide area and with varied tasks within custodial services. For example, you will work with transportation, goods handling, waste management, mail handling, laundry handling, and more. Forklift driving and heavy lifting occur daily. With us, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and in a team where we collaborate and support each other to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Your Profile

For the summer, we are looking for several dedicated employees who want to work as custodians with us in our custodial services in Eksjö. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

Before summer 2026, we will hire several seasonal workers, and the positions are for fixed-term assignments during the holiday period weeks 25-33, with a possible extension after the summer. A B driver's license is required, and it is a plus if you also have a forklift license. We also have a need for hourly substitutes during the spring.

We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied and diverse job where no two days are alike. To thrive in the role of custodian, it is also important that you have a good ability to collaborate with others, both within the Logistics and Service Center and with other units and departments. You have good communication skills, are proactive, take great responsibility for your own tasks, and have a good ability to structure your work. For us, it is important that you are flexible, value good quality, and are meticulous. A positive attitude and drive in your work are also important qualities that we value. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
