About the position

We are now looking for an engaged service host who wants to be part of our team.

In this role, you will work closely with the operations at the properties Science Park House and Science Park Towers as your main workplace, with the opportunity to contribute to nearby properties as well. You will help create environments that truly make a difference – where it is welcoming, functional, and pleasant for both tenants and visitors.

The work is varied, mobile, and full of opportunities to influence the overall experience. You will move between properties, ensure that common areas maintain high standards, and contribute to everything always feeling inviting and well cared for. This can involve everything from keeping order in shared kitchens and areas to preparing for waste management, stepping in where needed, or assisting with simpler service requests.

But what really makes a difference in the role is you. You meet people every day and become a familiar face in the building – someone who is happy to answer questions, help when needed, and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. Your presence is noticed and appreciated.

Examples of tasks:

• Daily rounds in common areas and kitchens
• Keeping order around entrances, courtyards, and common areas
• Handling simpler service requests
• Receiving questions from tenants and assisting where needed
• Contributing to a welcoming first impression in our properties

You will be welcomed with a structured introduction where you shadow colleagues during the first weeks and get to know both the properties and the team.

Working hours are normally 07:00–16:00, with some flexibility as needed.

Who are you?

We believe you are someone who enjoys being in motion, meeting people, and taking responsibility for ensuring that things work in everyday life. You thrive in a role where you can use your hands, your social skills, and your sense of detail that contributes to the little extra.

You do not need to have extensive experience in the real estate industry – the most important thing is that you are curious, practically inclined, and eager to learn.

Perhaps you have worked in service, retail, hospitality, cleaning, or another customer-facing role. Or you have a practical interest and enjoy fixing things.

JKPG Fast owns, manages, develops, and constructs properties. Our mission is to be an innovative, sustainable, and engaged landlord, always with the customer in focus. The company was founded in 2017 and has since grown rapidly.

The company owns and manages approximately 125,000 square meters of heated space distributed across the properties Science Park House, Science Park Towers, Elmia, Automobilpalatset, Övertaget, Industribyn, Ätteläggen, and Momarken. In addition, we also own seven parking garages with a total of about 2,600 spaces.
