About the position

In the role of Automation Electrician at Skruf Snus, you will work with all equipment in the entire production flow. You will carry out planned electrical maintenance on the equipment in collaboration with the maintenance department, as well as reactive maintenance as needed. You will be part of a new group of electricians that is organizationally under Technology and will work closely with the factory's mechanics and technicians, where you will also participate in various projects that may involve everything from capacity improvements, quality improvements to safety or cost-saving projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out planned electrical maintenance according to schedule.

• Troubleshooting and addressing electrical problems in the machinery during your shift.

• Collaborating with others in your department to achieve strategically set goals.

• Contributing to the continuous development of the machinery in your area.

• Following applicable safety procedures and contributing to a safer workplace.

• Ensuring that the 5S standard is always maintained within your areas of responsibility.

• Driving or participating in electrical-related projects.  

Your profile

As an Automation Electrician, you need to be driven, structured, and attentive. In this role, you will also work closely with large parts of the organization, which means you need to appreciate collaborating with different people and departments.

 For the role of Automation Electrician, it is required that you:

• Can easily communicate in Swedish in both written and spoken form.

• Have documented experience in a similar role.

• Have a positive attitude and are willing to work on continuous improvements.  

• Can work both independently and in a team without any issues.

• Have experience with electrical work in a production facility.

• A minimum of authorization B is required for the position.

Desirable:

• Experience working in the tobacco industry (minimum within the food industry)

• Documented training in machine safety such as CSME, CECE, or equivalent.

• Documented training in BAM.

• Other electrical safety training.
