We are now looking for a Property Caretaker to join our team in Sävsjö. Here you will be part of a close-knit team where collaboration, responsibility, and service are at the center.

You will work closely with both the client's organization and our Facility Manager and property technician – together you are responsible for creating a well-functioning and pleasant property environment.

As a property caretaker, you are an important part of the team and contribute to the daily operations of the property. The role is varied and includes service, maintenance, and minor repairs.

You will work closely with both colleagues and clients, where collaboration is crucial for success. As part of the team, you will also help ensure that our delivery maintains high quality and that the client has a professional and smooth experience.

You are Four FM's representative in the field and play an important role in building and strengthening the relationship with the client.

Your main responsibilities 📊:

• Perform minor maintenance and repair work in the property's indoor and office environments.

• Provide practical support during changes in the work environment, such as rearrangements and moves.

• Identify, address, and report minor faults, deficiencies, or risks in the property.

• Conduct rounds and ensure order in common areas.

• Collaborate with the team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that actions are carried out effectively.

• Document completed work and handle minor administrative follow-up in systems.

• Work proactively to create a safe, pleasant, and well-functioning work environment.

• On-call duty is included in the role.

You take responsibility for your tasks but are also a team player who contributes to the whole.

We believe you have:

• Experience as a property caretaker, janitor, or in a similar role.

• Experience from service professions and working in client-facing environments.

• Good computer skills and experience working in digital systems, such as Microsoft 365.

• The ability to document work and handle minor administration.

• Very good Swedish and good English in spoken and written form.

• A valid driver's license (B).

It is an advantage if you have experience from industrial environments or larger organizations.
