Traveling Service Technician

About the position

We are currently looking for a traveling (central Sweden) service technician for an independent and field-based role within an advanced industrial environment for one of our clients.

You will work from home and plan your workday yourself. The role involves working on-site with customers across Sweden, handling installation, commissioning, service, and troubleshooting of technically advanced production equipment.

The work includes, among other things:

• Installation and startup of machines
• Calibration and accuracy checks
• Preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting mechanical and simpler software-related issues
• Documentation and quality assurance

The position involves some travel with regular overnight stays, so you need to enjoy a mobile and independent work style. Travel time is included in working hours. For the right person, attractive allowances and bonus and compensation systems are offered.

Location: You will work from home, preferably in central Sweden.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with a technical background, such as a service technician, industrial electrician, or similar. Experience with production equipment or measurement technology is a plus but not a requirement.

As a person, you are driven, solution-oriented, and thrive with freedom under responsibility. You are self-sufficient, work at a fast pace, and feel comfortable communicating with customers. Above all, you have the right attitude and a desire to develop.

Requirements

• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of English, spoken and written
• You need to enjoy a traveling job
