We are expanding and are now looking for 2 technicians to strengthen our KAM customer department in Tenhult!

Your role as a Technician with us

As a Technician with us, you will have a practical and varied job where you install and assemble vehicle interiors and accessories for transport vehicles – everything from standard solutions to custom-made interiors for customers in both small and large projects.

You will install products in and on customers' vehicles – primarily transport vehicles and pickups. The work includes the assembly and installation of interiors, auxiliary lights, work lighting, roof equipment, and pickup accessories. As you become more comfortable in the role, you will take on larger customer projects and more advanced installations, of course with the support of your closest team!

We believe that at least one of the following applies to you:

• You have previously worked as a service technician, technician, mechanic, or assembler.
• You have experience with electrical installations or vehicle technology (12v).
• You have technical knowledge.
• You enjoy tinkering in your spare time and want to take that interest to the next level.

Experience from the superstructure industry is an advantage, but not a requirement – we will teach you everything you need to know.

A B driver's license (manual) and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required for the position.

Work System develops, sells, and installs equipment for light commercial vehicles with the core values of pride, simplicity, and speed in focus. The company was founded in 2009 and has grown significantly since then. Practical Information

• Location: Tenhult (head office).
• Scope: Full-time, permanent employment (we apply a 6-month probationary period).
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00, flexible.
• Start: By agreement.
• Salary: Fixed salary + profit-sharing, pension, and insurance according to agreement.
• Salary range: 28,000 SEK - 32,000 SEK + profit-sharing
