Service and Operations Technician Wanted

This is not a role where you sit still – you are the spider in the web ensuring that the technical equipment operates optimally and that the business runs smoothly every day.

About the Role

As a service and operations technician, you are responsible for ensuring that the facility and its technical systems function flawlessly. You work independently and are often the person customers and colleagues turn to when technical questions arise.

Your responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Ensuring that machines and systems operate without issues
• Providing support to customers and colleagues
• Managing customer accounts and basic administration in the business system
• Maintaining order and operations at the workplace

Requirements

• Driver's license B
• Swedish spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of English

Meritorious

• Experience in technical maintenance or service work
• Background in workshop, industry, transport, or automation
• Experience working with machines or technical facilities
