Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the customer's needs. You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is calm, attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. Double assistance occurs to some extent, so it is crucial that you can collaborate easily.

We are now looking for you who meet the following:

• want to work with two of our female customers residing in Lysekil

• our customers prefer female assistants

• have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• have experience communicating with the help of visual support or similar

• have experience with low-arousal responses

• are a good swimmer

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work as a personal assistant

• have a B driver's license

• share the customers' interests such as walks, crafts, and outings

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "Timmis". The positions involve longer shifts/24-hour shifts with on-call duty.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date
