Assistants Needed to Support a Wonderful Young Man

We have an exciting new assignment and are now looking for a couple of assistants whose task will be to provide support in many areas of this young man's daily life. He has recently turned 18 and lives in an apartment with his mother, needing support and hands-on help with most things. Every day should be meaningful, valuable, and together with the client, the day should be planned to ensure he is involved. Both in the daily necessities and in activities that make life exciting, developing, and worth living.

You need to have qualities such as being empathetic, secure, and self-driven. If you feel addressed, you might be the one we are looking for for this position at 50–75%.

The daily work consists of being present, supporting, and empowering our client with everyday tasks such as hygiene and meals, but also inspiring and activating him to play and move. This active and playful young man needs significant support in all aspects of his daily life. You will largely work in the home – assistance is provided where the client is. Here you will find friendly colleagues and a playful and active client who truly appreciates his assistants.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

As a person, you need to be caring, meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive. Personal suitability weighs the heaviest. Available for work year-round. You will receive individualized introduction/training in all aspects of the client's needs and routines – it is important that both you as an assistant and our client feel secure.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

• A driver's license and own car is a plus but not a must.
• Experience working with autism.
• Fluent Swedish is a requirement.
• It would be beneficial to speak Thai as the client's relatives originate from there.

Working Hours/Employment Degree

• We need you to work 20–30 hours per week and every other weekend.
• Weekdays from 1 PM to 9 PM and full days every other weekend between 9 AM and 9 PM.
