ABOUT THE POSITION

As a UI designer, you will play a central role in turning concepts into concrete and user-friendly interfaces for our client's new products. You will work focused on production in Figma, ensuring consistency with the design system, and facilitating smooth development through careful documentation and dialogue with the development team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

The role involves designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces, ensuring consistency with existing design systems, and facilitating the development process through clear communication and documentation.

Design and implement user interfaces in Figma, based on our existing design system.
Maintain continuous dialogue with product designers and product owners regarding functionality and user needs.
Participate in meetings to gather user requirements and contribute to new features.
Document component usage, rules, edge cases, and handoff notes carefully in tools such as Figma, Notion, and Jira.
Be responsible for smooth handovers of designs to developers.
Contribute to the management of the design system and develop new flows according to current standards.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a UI designer with good knowledge of Figma.
Has a good ability to work independently and follow guidelines from a senior product designer.
Has good communication skills in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
Has experience documenting work and managing cases in systems like Jira or Notion.

It is a merit if you have:

Experience contributing to and managing design systems.
The ability to create user flows and follow design standards.
